Moscow, September 11, 2025 — Shanghai Sperta Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. successfully concluded its participation at EcwaTech 2025 (ЭкваТэк), Russia’s leading water and wastewater exhibition, held from September 9 to 11 at Crocus Expo in Moscow and this year marked Sperta’s 3rd appearance at ECWATECH, once again joining forces with our long-term partner Deka, one of the largest engineering companies in St. Petersburg. The joint presence underscored Sperta’s strong commitment to the Russian and CIS markets, further strengthening our collaboration with trusted local partners.
At booth 8G2, Sperta and Deka showcased the latest MBR membrane cassettes, along with a fully operating demonstration system that continuously treated wastewater on-site. The live setup enabled visitors to observe how Sperta’s membranes produce clear and stable effluent, making it one of the exhibition’s highlights.
Throughout the event, Sperta engaged with numerous engineering companies, industrial end-users, and municipal representatives who expressed strong interest in adopting MBR technology for their upcoming projects. Discussions covered a wide range of applications, including domestic wastewater treatment, industrial effluent, and retrofit projects requiring higher effluent standards. These interactions not only deepened technical exchanges but also opened new cooperation opportunities across Russia and the wider CIS region.
Sperta’s MBR membranes are already well recognized in Russia, having been applied in municipal facilities, chemical and food industry wastewater treatment, and oil refinery projects. Notably, Deka has successfully delivered several projects using Sperta membranes under government orders, where the installations have demonstrated reliable operation and strong results. These proven results further strengthen Sperta’s reputation as a leading Chinese MBR membrane manufacturer with growing global recognition.
