The INGE dizzer® XL 0.9 MB 60 W is a widely recognized pressurized UF module used in large-scale water treatment systems. Engineers searching for this model typically need its membrane area, module dimensions, fiber structure, operating limits, and chemical compatibility. This guide organizes the available technical information into a clear engineering reference and also introduces compatible UF options for retrofit projects.

What Is the INGE dizzer® XL 0.9 MB 60 W?

The INGE dizzer® XL 0.9 MB 60 W is a pressurized ultrafiltration module designed for large-scale water treatment applications. It uses Multibore® 0.9 PESM hollow fiber membranes and provides 60 m² of active membrane area in a compact PVC-U housing.

The module provides 60 m² of active membrane area in a compact PVC-U housing. Its plug-and-play design and 2-inch flexible Victaulic connections simplify installation in UF systems. The following sections summarize its dimensions, membrane structure, operating limits, and cleaning parameters based on the available technical specification.

INGE dizzer® XL 0.9 MB 60 W Membrane Fiber Characteristics

The module uses Multibore® 0.9 hollow fibers made from PESM. Each fiber contains seven internal capillaries and has an outside diameter of 4.0 mm, an internal capillary diameter of 0.9 mm, and an approximate pore size of 0.02 μm.

The multi-capillary structure is designed to improve fiber rigidity and mechanical stability compared with conventional single-lumen hollow fibers.
