MBR Without Racks — Flexible, Modular, and Easy to Maintain
SPERTA FrameX™ is a frameless MBR membrane module designed for flexible system design and compact installations. By integrating membrane and aeration into a single modular unit, it eliminates the need for traditional membrane racks, reducing structural complexity and installation time. The modular configuration allows easy capacity expansion by adding units as needed, without redesigning the system. Individual modules can also be removed for maintenance, making operation and servicing significantly more convenient compared to conventional MBR systems.

Manufactured in our dedicated membrane production facility with strict process control to ensure consistent membrane quality and performance.

SPERTA uses high-strength braided reinforcement tubes to provide internal mechanical support for membrane fibers. Standard tensile strength reaches over 200N, with higher-strength options available upon request.
Reinforcement tubes are produced through automated continuous production lines, ensuring stable output quality and enabling fast availability through efficient inventory management.

SPERTA utilizes proprietary membrane fiber formation techniques to create a uniform PVDF layer on the reinforcement structure, ensuring consistent pore distribution and strong anti-fouling performance.
After initial performance inspection, membrane fibers are cut to required lengths based on module design specifications, ensuring dimensional accuracy for downstream assembly.

Membrane fibers are precisely potted using high-strength epoxy resin and assembled into FrameX™ modules, ensuring reliable sealing, structural stability, and uniform permeate collection.
Each membrane module undergoes water testing to verify structural integrity and stable filtration performance before it is cleared for packaging and shipment.

Packaging is customized based on transport and project requirements — using export-grade protective crates to ensure product safety and cleanliness during international delivery.
Products are shipped globally and delivered ready for cassette assembly or direct system integration — supporting both new MBR installations and large-scale membrane replacement projects.

All membrane components are produced and inspected in-house — from fiber spinning to final module assembly. Every SPERTA FrameX™ module is manufactured under strict quality control standards, ensuring consistent performance and reliable long-term operation.
